• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, ensuring the safety of clients in distress, and make appropriate referrals to community resources and specialized services as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision, fostering clinical excellence and effective patient care delivery.

The clients you will serve at Empowerment Pathways include a diverse array of individuals facing mental health conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe psychological disorders. Our clinic emphasizes accessibility, with clients from various backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. You will play a crucial role in bridging gaps in mental health services, addressing the social determinants of health that affect their well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure in Social Work within the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health counseling, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in outpatient settings.
• Proficiency in engaging clients using evidence-based therapies, displaying a clear understanding of their application.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment while also working independently to manage caseloads effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate with fellow professionals.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial to streamline documentation and patient care processes.
• Prior experience with culturally sensitive practices, particularly in working with diverse populations, will be an advantage.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
