This is a full-time position open to remote candidates within the continental United States, with preference given to candidates in the South Florida area who would work in a hybrid arrangement.

What You Will Do

Reporting to our Sr. Director, Sales Operations and Enablement, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with sales leadership to identify performance opportunities, provide data-driven insights, and support strategic initiatives that improve sales outcomes.
  • Supporting and enabling the sales organization by providing guidance, training, and operational support that helps representatives and leaders effectively use tools, reporting, and processes to maximize performance.
  • Owning sales reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting support, and performance analysis across conversion, attendance, revenue, productivity, and product performance metrics.
  • Evaluating, redesigning, and standardizing operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, accuracy, and overall sales support effectiveness.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and modernize Sales Operations workflows.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Training teams to align systems, processes, and initiatives that impact sales performance and operational execution.
  • Providing oversight of compensation validation, operational workflows, and Sales Operations priorities while influencing cross-functional execution and fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.


What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Analytics, or a related function supporting a sales organization.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify trends, develop actionable recommendations, and translate data into business decisions.
  • Experience improving processes, building scalable workflows, and driving operational efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust, influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with both sales leaders and front-line sales professionals.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
