**Experience working directly for an Ultra High Net Worth is required**
As Project Manager, you will lead multiple high-end Residential projects in challenging environments across the Caribbean, Canada and the USA. These projects are off-grid, remote builds; luxury residential compounds that demand meticulous attention to detail, quality, scheduling, and stakeholder requirements and expectations. You will oversee full-cycle construction delivery — from early-stage planning and permitting to field execution and closeout — working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.
You will manage detailed timelines, construction scopes, and budgets while resolving field-level constraints in real time. Your work will span modular installations, utility systems, site infrastructure, and high touch builds. You will be expected to track progress using digital tools, escalate risks early, and maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership. This role requires independent problem-solving, comfort operating in rugged conditions, and the ability to uphold the standards expected in high-net-worth client environments.
Project Manager Duties:

  • Manage multiple, concurrent construction projects across residential and off-grid settings
  • Coordinate permitting, inspections, contractor schedules, and site mobilization
  • Oversee installation of custom infrastructure, including utilities, modular systems, marine works, pools, and landscape features?
  • Maintain detailed construction schedules and actively update Gantt charts, ensuring clarity across stakeholders
  • Track and report on budgets, identify scope changes, and drive issue resolution when delays or risks emerge
  • Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and contractor check-ins to ensure adherence to design intent and client expectations
  • Develop and distribute updates including progress photos, task completions, and risk flags
  • Interface with high-end clients and their representatives with discretion, professionalism, and clarity
  • Drive project momentum across varying jurisdictions, climates, and logistical conditions

Project Manager Who You Are:

  • Multi-Terrain Operator: Thrives in complex site conditions including remote, coastal, desert, and off-grid environments
  • Design-Build Expert: Adept at translating plans into physical execution while managing change dynamically
  • Relentless Executor: Operates with urgency, accountability, and precision in time-sensitive, high-visibility projects
  • Field-Savvy Leader: Understands real-world build dynamics, from weather and logistics to contractor performance
  • Professional Communicator: Balances field credibility with polished reporting to clients and stakeholders

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing residential, remote, or infrastructure-intensive construction projects
  • Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through execution in high-pressure environments
  • Strong familiarity with off-grid systems, modular installations, and site logistics Experience working in climates or geographies with limited infrastructure or unpredictable labor
  • Proficiency in digital project tools including Gantt charts, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and Google Workspace
  • Hands-on leadership style with a bias for action, clear documentation, and team accountability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting to internal executives and high-net-worth clients
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • PMP certification required
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across North America and the Caribbean as needed
