As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients, facilitating both individual and couples therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address a range of family-related issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution, and communication barriers.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients through challenging circumstances like job stress, blended family dynamics, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing their mental health needs in both individual and family settings. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
