• Document clinical findings and therapy progress within 24 hours of sessions to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals during case consultations to enhance treatment approaches for complex cases.
• Design individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals and continually adjust them as necessary based on therapy outcomes.

Therapists will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing mental health counselor is preferred.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to suit diverse client backgrounds and needs.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to our clients.
