Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments for each client, ensuring a complete understanding of their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of patient progress and therapy session notes, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Adjust therapeutic interventions based on ongoing assessments to ensure the highest standards of care and efficacy.
• Engage in teamwork with interdisciplinary staff, including physicians, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Utilize telehealth technology proficiently, ensuring a seamless patient experience during virtual sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health issues and substance use disorders. Our client population includes adolescents, adults, and families, often facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction. Understanding the unique needs of each individual is crucial to providing effective support and achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in counseling, preferably within a community health or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems, ensuring efficient service delivery and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with underserved populations and delivering culturally competent care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing crisis intervention techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including:
