As our LCSW, you will be entrusted with the following critical duties:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in established best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide psychotherapy using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting your approach based on individual patient preferences and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, critical for patient continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated treatment for all patients.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and improve therapeutic practices.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, equipping them with knowledge to navigate their care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health research to incorporate innovative techniques into your clinical practice.

You will primarily engage with a diverse population experiencing terminal illnesses, chronic conditions, and the emotional distress associated with end-of-life care. Your deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these patients and their families will enable you to provide compassionate and effective support, ensuring that every individual feels heard, respected, and valued.

• Master's degree in Social Work from a nationally accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, ideally within a healthcare or community settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and social justice principles.

• Prior experience working in hospice, palliative care, or similar settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities that support patients dealing with grief, loss, and end-of-life issues.
• Knowledge of local community resources to assist patients and their families.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Beyond salary, our progressive compensation package includes:
