• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge clients’ emotional and psychological well-being.
• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy—to facilitate effective treatment sessions.
• Foster a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients, creating a safe environment for them to share their thoughts and feelings.
• Guide clients in identifying and modifying harmful behaviors and thought patterns, while encouraging personal insight and motivation for change.
• Coordinate care with other professionals such as psychiatrists and social workers to ensure integrated and comprehensive support for each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and treatment modifications.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health counseling.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss best practices and share insights for improving client care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and youth experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) authorizing you to practice as a mental health counselor.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy to diverse client populations.
• Strong proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and rapport-building with clients and an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment plans accurately.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents or individuals with severe mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems available to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a remote setting while effectively managing time and responsibilities.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
