Site Superintendent Location: Remote - Based near Greenville, SC (projects within a 250-mile radius) Travel: Heavy regional travel required

Position Overview: The Site Superintendent will serve as the on-site representative for the Project Manager, ensuring the successful execution of multiple energy-related and construction projects. This individual will play a key role in supporting the operations team-particularly in South Carolina-by overseeing field activity, maintaining safety standards, and driving project progress from the ground up. Responsibilities:
•Serve as the on-site lead for multiple construction projects, acting as the "eyes and ears" for the Project Management team.
•Oversee AMI meter installation and replacement projects
•Manage solar and battery backup projects
•Provide field oversight for smaller solar and general construction jobs across the Southeast.
•Ensure all site activities meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.
•Maintain a working understanding of project financials and cost tracking.
•Coordinate with internal operations, engineering, and management teams.

•10+ years of experience in general construction, site supervision, or related field operations.
•Strong understanding of field logistics, contractor coordination, and project execution.
