Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal who can step into a fast-moving environment and contribute immediately. This role requires a confident, detail-oriented legal professional with strong litigation and discovery experience who is comfortable managing deadlines and supporting attorneys across state and federal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in both state and federal litigation matters
- Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting, reviewing, organizing, and responding to discovery requests
- Track and maintain court deadlines and internal case timelines
- Assist with case preparation, filings, and trial support as needed
- Take ownership of assigned matters and proactively drive case progress
- Ensure accuracy and organization across all litigation documentation
- Serve as a dependable support resource within a small legal team
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Strong understanding of both state and federal court processes
- Extensive hands-on discovery experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment
