Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal who can step into a fast-moving environment and contribute immediately. This role requires a confident, detail-oriented legal professional with strong litigation and discovery experience who is comfortable managing deadlines and supporting attorneys across state and federal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in both state and federal litigation matters
  • Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting, reviewing, organizing, and responding to discovery requests

  • Assist with case preparation, filings, and trial support as needed
  • Take ownership of assigned matters and proactively drive case progress
