What You'll Do


Product solutions:

  • Understand, define, analyze, and document client requirements and difficulties by conducting regular meetings.

  • Communicate the translation of requirements from business and technical sources into technical build direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, UML modeling techniques, and more.

  • Collaborate with remote product and development teams in every phase of the software development lifecycle. Together, conceptualize, build, and implement end-to-end digital solutions that meet business goals.
     

Executive Collaboration:

  • Work with executives, key departmental management, and project partners across the organization.

  • Work collaboratively and efficiently with all levels of management and staff within the organization.
     

Technology Research and Recommendations:

  • Research industry trends and procedures, and develop recommendations for technologies and methods to customers at all levels.
     

Competitive Analysis:

  • Research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize product performance continuously.
     

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an area with similar study focus, and/or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner.

  • Expertise with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, patterns, frameworks, and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of technical develop documentation methodologies and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling, etc.).

  • Experience developing and refining standard methodologies for the implementation and maintenance of e-Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytics assets.

  • Command of sound software build principles and patterns.

  • Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.

  • Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated concepts with both technical and non-technical collaborators.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.

  • Experience leading projects accomplished using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
