The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the flexibility required to accommodate client availability and urgent needs. • Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that take into account each patient's unique lived experiences, values, and backgrounds.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to these assessments, ensuring that the patient's individual needs are paramount.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide comprehensive and continuous care for clients.
• Intervene in crisis situations, offering immediate support and effective management strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to utilize available resources effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with established legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions focused on cultural competence and best practices in mental health therapy.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and current state license (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) is mandatory.
• A deep understanding of mental health conditions, evidence-based practices, and the role of cultural competence in effective therapy is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in providing both individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive frameworks.
• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with the poise to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with diverse individuals and families.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient computer skills are expected.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques is an asset.
