As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs, which will inform tailored treatment plans.
• Employing various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices to facilitate client healing and development.
• Maintaining up-to-date, accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professional accountability.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of specialists, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver cohesive care and maximize treatment outcomes for clients.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews aimed at enhancing practice standards and learning from fellow professionals.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and available community resources to empower them during their healing journeys.
• Staying abreast of emerging research in the mental health field to continuously enrich your clinical practice and implement innovative strategies within your work.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. By addressing the unique challenges each client presents, you will play a critical role in helping them achieve improved mental health and overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with an understanding of best practices in mental health treatment.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a commitment to employing evidence-based methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Ability to approach problems with critical thinking and creative solutions.
• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team-focused environment to enhance patient care.

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling techniques.
• Additional training or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches relevant to the client population we serve.
• Prior experience working in community health settings is an asset.
