• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients, determining their mental health needs and creating personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique challenges of each client, ensuring effective progress toward their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate closely with other team members, including psychologists, counselors, and administrative staff, to provide holistic and integrated care to clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington state is necessary to practice.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience is mandatory, preferably in an outpatient or school-based setting.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and trauma-informed therapies is important for this role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable effective treatment planning and intervention.

• Experience working in a school setting is preferred, as this role provides mental health services within educational environments.
• Training in evidenced-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly advantageous.
• Experience in crisis intervention and risk management will be considered a valuable asset.
