• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure seamless communication with the treatment team.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care plans and offer holistic support.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and coping strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research and innovations in mental health.

As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse array of patients in varying stages of life and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is vital in helping individuals and families navigate their challenges, offering compassionate support and effective strategies to foster healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, showcasing a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering effective therapeutic services.
• Previous experience working with a diverse population, including culturally competent practices to address different backgrounds and needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital health tools to enhance therapy delivery in a remote setting.
