A leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization is seeking an experienced MDS LPN to join its clinical team in a full-time remote position.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MDS professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing MDS responsibilities independently.

Position Details
