• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting your approach to meet the needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and therapeutic needs of clients, ensuring that progress is monitored and adjusted as necessary.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies to guide clients towards achieving their personal goals.
• Actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, physicians, and social workers, to create integrated care plans that optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, complying with all regulatory and ethical standards while using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to reflect on practice and ensure ongoing professional development.

The LPCC will primarily work with a diverse clientele of adults dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and we pride ourselves on cultural competence and inclusivity in our therapeutic practices. As a professional in our center, you will not only provide therapy but also advocate for clients' needs, empowering them in their journey toward mental wellness.

• A valid and current LPCC licensure issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• A bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong ethical framework and adherence to professional conduct standards.
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and EHR systems for clinical documentation.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical counseling or mental health setting.
• Experience in conducting group therapy and an understanding of group dynamics.
• A background in community mental health services is preferred, as it enriches our approach to culturally and socioeconomically diverse clients.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
