Job Summary

M&M Talent Group is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Assembly Operators for a full-time opportunity in Waller, TX.

The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and industrial equipment according to blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical components, equipment, and industrial systems according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and other shop equipment.
  • Install, align, and secure mechanical components.
  • Measure and verify components to ensure proper fit and alignment.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper installation.
  • Identify and report defective, damaged, or improperly fitted components.
  • Work closely with welders, fitters, painters, forklift operators, and other production personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow established safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties related to assembly and production as assigned.
