Position Overview

Imperia Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and strengths.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each child and family.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families regarding child development, effective parenting strategies, and resource access.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance client engagement and service effectiveness.
• Establish and foster rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a supportive and empowering atmosphere.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations governing social work practice and client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on children from birth to three years who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By supporting families in navigating early intervention services, you will make a lasting impact on the overall development and well-being of our youngest clients. Your role is crucial in helping children explore their developmental potential, while also strengthening family dynamics and resilience.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while respecting each member's contributions.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Fluency in a second language is encouraged, enhancing communication with our diverse client base.
• A demonstrated ability to adapt interventions to meet the varying learning styles and needs of individual children and families.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with a yearly compensation between USD 75,000 and 80,000. In addition to financial compensation, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
