• Conduct thorough assessments of patients through video-based teletherapy, focusing on individualized care strategies.

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, ensuring accurate collection and documentation of health history and mental status examination findings.

• Develop, implement, and update behavioral health treatment plans based on the results of mental health assessments, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Maintain meticulous records of sensitive patient information, including examination outcomes, medical histories, and treatment progress, within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Contribute to the organization's mission of improving global health through compassionate care, innovative approaches, and community outreach.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, to practice independently.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with effective written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic clinical systems and electronic health records for efficient patient management.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly valued and preferred.

• A minimum of two years' experience working in a mental health or counseling role, emphasizing teletherapy or virtual care settings.

• Experience in utilizing telehealth technologies for therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer an enticing sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
