This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing vital mental health support through teletherapy. You will interact with patients in a virtual setting, ensuring flexibility and convenience for both you and those you support. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during video-based encounters to accurately diagnose and understand each patient's needs.
• Develop personalized behavioral health treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients.
• Maintain up-to-date and meticulous records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide therapeutic support through one-on-one teletherapy sessions, facilitating a safe space for patients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust strategies as necessary, always ensuring a patient-centered approach.
• Remain knowledgeable of the latest developments in mental health practices, engaging in continuing education to enhance your skill set and service offerings.

Your role as a mental health therapist will directly impact a diverse range of patients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communication abilities to ensure effective interactions with patients and team members.
• A proven commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
• Proficiency in using electronic clinical systems and teletherapy platforms, ensuring a seamless service delivery.
• Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English are preferred to enhance communication with a broader patient demographic.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within outpatient or teletherapy settings.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently while managing patient documentation and treatment plans.
