Job description

Community Service Lead:

Description: The Community Service Lead manages all district‑facing community service processes for We Are Artistic. This includes verifying hours, submitting opportunities for district approval, and supporting students through the documentation process.

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week Location: Remote / Discord-based

Key Responsibilities

  • District Outreach — Identify new school districts and complete approval steps so students can earn verified hours with us.
  • Form Verification — Sign and return community service forms promptly and accurately.
  • Student Support — Assist Human Resources in responding to student questions about hours, forms, and district requirements.
  • Opportunity Submission — Submit our service opportunities to districts for review and maintain compliance with their guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with districts
  • Ability to manage deadlines and return forms in a timely manner
  • Comfort learning district requirements and approval processes
  • Detail‑oriented and reliable with documentation
  • Experience with youth programs, community service systems, or school partnerships is a plus
