We're looking for an Architectural Drafter to join the idX Team! Join a collaborative design team where your technical skills help bring concepts to life. In this role, you'll contribute to projects from initial ideas through final production-creating drawings, supporting prototypes, and helping deliver innovative design solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, continuous learning, and seeing their work move from concept to reality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and revise drawings under the guidance of experienced designers
  • Assist in developing construction documents and incorporating redlines
  • Help maintain organized files and consistent drawing standards
  • Partner with project teams to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables
  • Build knowledge of industry codes, drafting standards, and workflows

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma required
  • 5+ years of experience in design/drafting (wood or metal manufacturing, store fixtures, or interior environments required)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow direction, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Basic experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and expand technical expertise

Hourly Pay Range: $20-25 per hour *dependent on experience*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay:
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
