As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic approaches to foster personal growth and enhance emotional well-being.
• Establishing collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly tracking their progress through structured follow-ups and assessments.
• Offering teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual support, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility challenges or geographic barriers.
• Maintaining ethical standards by meticulously documenting therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engaging in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A strong sense of empathy and compassion, along with a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ struggles and experiences.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and the completion of administrative duties.

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, experience in telehealth therapy, as well as specializations in addiction treatment or trauma recovery, will be taken into consideration. A demonstrated history of successfully managing a varied caseload will also enhance the candidate's profile.
