• Possession of a valid, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Exhibits empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude, creating a welcoming space for clients to share their experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently, balancing administrative duties with client care.

• Experience working in a clinical setting, particularly within a community health framework, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge or experience in addiction treatment methods and the challenges associated with recovery would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate remote counseling sessions.
