Job description

About Us:
For over 10 years, New Law Business Model (NLBM) has been on a mission to liberate lawyers from outdated, soul-crushing practice models. We provide the heart-centered framework-Life & Legacy Planningยฎ-and the high-octane membership products required to build thriving, relational firms. With a community of 800+ Personal Family Lawyerยฎ firms nationwide, we leverage elite AI and automation to amplify humanity, delivering the practical education, tools, and "done-for-you" systems lawyers need to reclaim their time and build a lasting legacy. We obsess over real-world outcomes, not just vibes, to ensure our members move from survival mode to true flourishing.
The Hook
As our Marketing Manager, you are the engine behind the movement. This role is for the high-performance operator who can take a strategic marketing concept and turn it into a high-converting machine. You'll love it if you're equal parts project commander + data detective, and you care about the entire funnel experience: the creative hook, the community journey, and the lead handoff.
You should not apply if you prefer "big brand" dreaming over daily execution, or if you don't like owning the scoreboard for your channels end-to-end.
What You'll Do
You'll own the execution and optimization of our key marketing engines, ensuring our monthly events, social media, and Facebook community operate as a cohesive system that generates qualified leads.
  • Pillar 1: Event Engine & Asset Command
    • Manage multi-channel marketing workflows and high-stakes launch calendars for our monthly event engine
    • Provide strategic creative direction to editors and designers to turn raw footage into ads that stop the scroll and drive clicks
    • Analyze funnel performance-from registration to booked calls-to identify and execute rapid, data-backed optimizations

Pillar 2: Community & Social Architecture
    • Design the member journey within our Facebook community to move people from "New Join" to "Qualified Prospect"
    • Oversee the strategy and drafting of social content to ensure clarity, brand alignment, and high-intensity lead capture
    • Establish the "signal-to-sales" feedback loop by identifying high-intent members for our appointment setting team

Pillar 3: Operational Excellence & AI Integration
    • Maintain the marketing calendar with extreme ownership, ensuring all assets are launch-ready and on-time
    • Evolve marketing workflows using AI tools to increase production speed and data analysis
    • Run continuous feedback loops by auditing campaign performance and incorporating sales team insights to iterate quickly
What Success Looks Like
  • Our funnels meet or exceed benchmarks for registration, show-up rates, and booked calls month-over-month
  • The community generates a consistent, high-quality stream of "warm" conversations for the appointment setting team
  • You ship campaign assets on cadence and leverage AI to increase output without increasing complexity
Who You Are
  • Strategic Thinker / AI Optimizer / Performance Junkie / Leader
    • You have a proven track record of managing complex marketing workflows and high-stakes launch calendars
    • You possess a strategic, creative eye and know exactly how to give direction that results in high-performing assets
    • You are naturally performance-driven, living in the data to kill underperforming ads or double down on winners
    • You take extreme ownership of projects end-to-end and are allergic to "checking the box" without delivering results
    • You have an asset-level understanding of AI tools and how to build workflows with LLMs or automation software
    • You are a collaborative communicator who can turn organic social engagement into a revenue-driving lead engine
Why Join NLBM?
  • 100% Remote Work at a Profitable, Growing Company
  • Recession-Proof Industry, Product, and Audience
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
  • 401K Retirement Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off
  • Opportunities for Career Growth and Leadership Development
  • Be Part of a Mission-Driven Company Transforming the Legal Industry

At NLBM, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, scale your career in leadership, and be part of a passionate, supportive team driving innovation and change.
This role operates under a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) model. Employees are expected to provide their own computer and internet connection, meeting minimum requirements (including at least 16GB RAM) to perform work duties. The company provides required software and system access, and reimburses reasonable and necessary business expenses as required by law.
New Law Business Model is an equal opportunity organization. We value a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture. All qualified practitioners are encouraged to apply.
