As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Southeast Behavioral Health PC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy services to clients spanning a wide range of ages and backgrounds.
• Completing accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and client records, to maintain compliance with organizational and ethical standards.
• Managing your calendar by scheduling ongoing appointments and ensuring that client interactions align with their therapeutic goals.
• Working with a variety of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Utilizing our billing service to handle claims, client accounts, and insurance-related activities efficiently, allowing you to focus on therapy rather than administrative burdens.

You will primarily work with adult clients, including individuals and couples, dealing with various mental health issues. Our practice addresses concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, and adjustment disorders, among others. Our holistic approach emphasizes the importance of establishing trust and collaboration with clients to facilitate meaningful progress in their journey to wellness.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, cultural competence, and the ability to maintain therapeutic boundaries.
• Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to balance the demands of a full client caseload.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• Substantial training and/or experience working specifically with couples in a therapeutic setting.
• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in workshops, training sessions, or relevant continuing education.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, complemented by various additional benefits. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy:
