  • Monitor, log, audit, and report on IAM services to business stakeholders, leveraging AI tools to surface anomalies and streamline reporting.
  • Provide technical expertise in the implementation of identity management, single sign-on (SSO), role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Maintain custom code bases for self-hosted sign-in pages for the Common Customer Hub, using AI coding assistants to write, review, and refactor more efficiently.
  • Provide technical assistance with onboarding new connected systems, using AI to accelerate documentation and reduce ramp time.
  • Offer on-call support for IAM services to ensure reliability and security, using AI to speed up root cause analysis and incident response.
  • Develop automated workflows and tools to improve service delivery and efficiency, using AI to identify automation opportunities and accelerate development.
  • Solve service delivery-related performance issues.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of IAM policies, standards, and best practices, using AI to research and iterate on governance documentation.

Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to the IAM Manager, this role will collaborate with security teams, IT administrators, and business units on a regular basis. Other key interactions include cloud engineers, DevOps teams, and compliance officers.
Must Have's:
  • A DevOps mindset with experience in Agile and Continuous Delivery methodologies.
