• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans using established best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, upholding compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—via virtual meetings to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies across disciplines.
• Engage in regular peer reviews and case consultations through video conferencing to enhance patient care quality and share insights with colleagues.
• Provide education on mental health issues to patients and their families while connecting them with community resources through accessible digital platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health through continuous education opportunities, including online courses and webinars, to infuse new knowledge into your practice.

Your client base will encompass a diverse range of individuals confronting varying challenges, including addiction recovery and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in delivering services that promote healing and resilience, fostering relationships built on trust and a genuine understanding of their experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services focused on patient-centered care.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic interventions and the ability to effectively engage clients remotely.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport through various digital platforms.
• Effective problem-solving abilities for overcoming challenges inherent in remote work.

While the minimum requirement is 2 years of clinical experience, candidates with specific expertise in telehealth delivery, addiction counseling, or experience working within a detox setting will be given preference.
