In this role, you will work closely with distribution leaders and group offices to strengthen relationships and support sales performance through strategic product positioning and consultative guidance. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop impactful tools and go-to-market strategies, and ensure the field has the insights and resources needed to execute effectively. Each day offers a balance of strategic planning, relationship management, and initiative leadership, all contributing to sustainable growth and an enhanced market presence. This is not an individual production or quota-carrying sales role, allowing you to focus on strategic impact and driving results across the organization.

  • Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Distribution Strategy & Market Growth: Lead strategic initiatives to expand Dental and Vision distribution, deepen key partnerships, and drive profitable growth through strong positioning and differentiation. 
  • Strategic Sales Enablement: Serve as a consultative partner to sales leadership, supporting complex opportunities while equipping the field with tools, insights, and competitive intelligence to increase win rates. 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner across Product, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution to align strategy, translate field feedback into action, and lead high-impact initiatives end to end. 
  • Provide support for the field around dental and vision through reporting, finalist and other created tools.
  • Brand & Industry Presence: Represent the organization in broker and industry engagements, strengthening market credibility and staying ahead of trends to shape strategy. 
  • Performance & Impact: Drive measurable results by aligning distribution strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth and enhance overall market impact. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 4+ years of Group Insurance experience, with strong expertise in Dental and Vision product design, administration, and marketing. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships across internal teams and external partners. 
  • Strategic mindset with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable growth plans. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives effectively. 
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month, including industry conferences (valid driver's license required). 
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
