A respected Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Senior Level) in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on programming, integration, and commissioning of BAS systems across mission-critical, commercial, and institutional facilities.   • Compensation: $100K-$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BMS submittals, as-builts, and detailed control drawings.

  • Provide remote technical support for project managers and field technicians.
  • Commission systems, perform functional testing, and verify system performance.
  • Apply and maintain standardized engineering and programming practices.
  • Collaborate with HVAC, MEP, and IT teams to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, supervisory devices, and IoT integrations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Background as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in BAS programming, logic development, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with multiple BAS platforms; Tridium Niagara experience is a plus.
