  • Proven expertise in secure communications, compliance, and government IT standards.

  • Hands-on experience with unified communications technologies in classified and closed environments (SIPR, JWICS, etc.).

  • Extensive experience collaborating with major OEMs and ecosystem partners - including Cisco, Microsoft, Poly, Pexip, etc.

  • Proven expertise across on-premises, UCaaS, and hybrid collaboration environments, with a strong record of developing supporting professional services such as assessments, migrations, integrations, and lifecycle optimization.

  • Demonstrated success in presales/solution architecture roles, including customer engagement and proposal development.

  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Preferred Certifications

  • CISSP, CCNP Collaboration, PMP, or ITIL certifications a plus.

Why Join Us

  • Work on mission critical projects that directly support national security.
