• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories, concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including clear goals and specific therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and deliver multidisciplinary treatment efforts that prioritize client welfare.
• Provide crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in urgent need.
• Maintain current and accurate client records, ensuring all documentation adheres to ethical and legal standards for mental health professionals.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster community and provide substantial support for clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and establish trust.

• Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducation sessions.
• Background in crisis intervention and risk management.
• Prior experience in a remote or telehealth counseling setting is a plus.
