Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that draw on evidence-based therapeutic modalities to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques to suit clients’ preferences and treatment goals.
  • Monitor client progress regularly and revise therapeutic strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms to provide accessible therapy options, especially for clients facing mobility or transportation issues.
  • Document all assessments, treatment plans, and session notes accurately in accordance with state and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients grappling with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise will be pivotal in tailoring your approach to address the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current and valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R or LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A non-judgmental attitude with a compassionate approach to mental health care.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in individual counseling is preferred, especially working with adults in an outpatient setting. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT or DBT, as well as experience offering teletherapy, is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
