About the Company
Our client built the first high-performance Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) to empower DeFi traders with ultra-low-latency connectivity across Ethereum, BSC, and Polygon. • Define and deliver product offerings that maximize profit validator gains.

  • Collaborate with searchers to build tools and services that enhance their trading execution.

  • Contribute hands-on code to the BDN and related services, ensuring high performance and scalability.

  • Foster a culture of rigorous code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Leadership: Minimum of 2 years managing an engineering team, with a track record of mentoring and scaling high-performing developers.

  • Backend Architecture: At least 5 years designing, building, testing, and deploying highly scalable, distributed backend systems.

  • Blockchain Experience: 3+ years working in blockchain engineering.

  • Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development.

  • Problem Solving & Communication: Exceptional analytical skills, the ability to break down complex challenges, and clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
