Someone with hands-on multi-country implementation experience for travel and expense platforms, specifically covering:

•       Expense policy configuration across 19 countries in EMEA, APAC, and Middle East

•       VAT/GST setup for all countries.

•       Travel Allowance configurations (Germany, Austria)

•       Mileage configurations per country

•       Multi-currency support (8 primary currencies, 20+ secondary)

•       Approval workflow configuration including special HR approval steps for APAC and outsourced tax review for Germany
