• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Provide counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, adhering to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive care plan for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions relevant to telehealth practices.

The client population served at Guided Reflections Counseling Center is diverse, encompassing a wide age range and various backgrounds. Our clients may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. As a counselor, your ability to connect with individuals from different walks of life will be crucial in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• An active and valid state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical counseling services, demonstrating competence in the field.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and practices, including familiarity with video conferencing tools and remote assessment techniques.
• Proven ability to handle diverse caseloads and effectively address a variety of mental health conditions.
• Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and conflict resolution.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
