• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs while developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices around solution-focused therapy.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, complying with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring meticulous documentation of treatment and progress.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver well-rounded care for patients.
• Participate in regular peer consultations and case review meetings to enhance care strategies and support professional development.
• Provide education and resources to patients and families regarding mental health issues, available treatments, and community support systems, empowering them to advocate for their own care.
• Continuously update knowledge of mental health trends and research findings to refine therapeutic techniques, ensuring best practices are followed.

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, underscoring a strong educational foundation.
