As an EV Concierge, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers, answering questions, solving problems, and creating an outstanding ownership experience. What You'll Do
  • Serve as a product expert for electric vehicles and related services
  • Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with questions regarding vehicle features, ordering, reservations, charging solutions, dealership support, service concerns, and recalls
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries from start to resolution
  • Educate customers on EV technology, charging options, and ownership benefits
  • Schedule dealership appointments and coordinate customer support needs
  • Research and resolve customer concerns while delivering a personalized experience
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
  • Provide recommendations that improve the customer experience and overall satisfaction

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
