Job description

Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Work Mode: Remote after training
Location: Warwick, RI

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer service calls for Defined Benefits/Retirement Income Solutions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about their defined benefit annuity and account maintenance.
  • Process requests related to direct deposit changes, address updates, and claims assistance.
  • Provide strong customer service and convey complex topics clearly to customers.
  • Work to remove roadblocks to customer requests and educate them on the correct processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
  • Experience with Windows-based operating systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to attend 7 weeks of on-site training in Warwick, RI.
  • High-speed internet connection required; must be connected via ethernet cable.
  • Quiet and secure workspace free of distractions.
  • Must use video during interviews and training.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am to 9pm, with flexible shift availability.
  • No planned time off during training and nesting period (December 8, 2025, to January 30, 2026).

  • Strong customer service focus and advanced skills to avoid escalations.
  • Ability to convey complex topics to clientele effectively.
