Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging and supportive group therapy sessions that encourage camaraderie among clients, promoting shared experiences and collective learning.
  • Providing Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized sessions focused on understanding clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and help them develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client-centered care.

Preferred Experience
