This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to effectively engage with clients in both virtual and community settings. While we operate within a hospice center, your clinical practice will extend into various environments. You will leverage digital tools for assessments, discussions, and therapy sessions, ensuring our clients receive consistent support wherever they are located.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to provide focused treatment addressing clients' presenting issues.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients to build trust and rapport, vital for effective mental health interventions.
• Participate actively in a collaborative team setting, engaging with other healthcare professionals to advance shared objectives and improve client outcomes.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessment and feedback.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that facilitate client access to a wide array of linked services.
• Utilize evidence-based screening methods and assessments, offering timely interventions and evaluations when signs of crisis arise.
• Respond to emergency situations by providing crisis intervention as required and utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and organizational protocols, including confidentiality practices and documentation compliance.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, and data submissions to maintain regulatory compliance and support agency operations.
• Provide on-call coverage to ensure client needs are met at all times, as scheduled or assigned.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with a diverse client population experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. This role is crucial in promoting mental health stability and recovery by delivering tailored interventions that respect each client’s unique cultural, social, and personal backgrounds. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is mandatory. A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is ideally preferred, although the position requires a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for application.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in digital communication tools are necessary to effectively support clients remotely.
• Competence in evidence-based practices, preventative planning, and recovery services.

• Experience working in hospice, palliative care, or similar settings is a plus, enabling better alignment with our healthcare delivery models.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, reflecting experience and expertise.
