Job description

The work

The senior SAP Analytics Cloud Front-End Developer is responsible for full life cycle from requirement gatherings, design, development, test, deployment to support. This resource will have expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing current reports based on user requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead effort to design, develop, and optimize current reports based on user requirements
  • Define the enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap
  • Meet with the business users to qualify requirements for reports, create reports from scratch, and take existing reports and improve their performance
  • Partner with senior business leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations) to align analytics solutions with business goals
  • Main point of contact for project budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
  • Manage delivery of analytics program, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Lead and grow (manage) the analytics team, providing leadership, mentoring, and career development to junior team members
  • Drive adoption of SAC and modern BI practices across the organization
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for analytics development
  • Oversee integration between SAP and non-SAP systems for holistic reporting
  • Monitor SAP product roadmap (SAC, Datasphere, AI/ML) and introduce in the analytics portfolio

Here's what you need:

  • 5+ years of SAP Analytics Cloud Front-End development experience
  • Deep understanding of SAP Analytics landscape (SAC, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics)
  • Strong experience in analytics strategy, governance, and roadmap planning
  • Experience managing remote analytics teams
  • Project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery)
  • Knowledge of cross-platform BI integration (Power BI, Tableau, or non-SAP data)
  • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation

Nice to have:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Eligibility Requirements:

  • US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
  • Eligible to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
