Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Supply Chain Analytics & Data Intelligence to lead our supply chain data transformation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between IT, supply chain operations, data engineering, and executive decision-making.

In constant collaboration with our IT partners, you will lead a high-performing team of data analysts and engineers to build and design real-time intelligence dashboards, and deliver actionable insights across a variety of supply chain functions including: supplier quoting and procurement, logistics, inventory management, contracts and incentives, risk and process execution.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Data Governance
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for supply chain analytics, advanced modeling, and business intelligence across the enterprise.

  • Establish robust data governance, metrics standardization, and quality control frameworks across all supply chain data sources.

  • Partner with IT and Data AI Engineering teams to optimize data architecture, pipelines, and data warehouse infrastructure for analytics.

  • Establish data standards and monitoring systems for critical electronic component metrics, including lead-time variability, component end-of-life (EOL), and single-source risk exposure.

  • Partner with IT, and SCM Teams to integrate data streams from ERP, PLM and third-party component databases (e.g., SiliconExpert, IHS Markit) etc. 

Advanced Analytics & Intelligence
  • Oversee predictive, and prescriptive analytics model outputs (e.g., demand forecasting, component allocation, risk management, lifecycle, etc).

  • Turn complex data sets into executive-level stories, KPIs, and actionable strategies that directly impact operational efficiency, cost reduction, service levels and time to outcome.

  • Evaluate and implement emerging data tools to enhance automated decision-making.

Operational Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary analytical partner to cross-functional leaders in Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales/Demand Planning.

  • Identify operational process bottlenecks, supply risks, and cost-saving opportunities through deep-dive exploratory data analysis.

  • Develop executive presentations detailing supply chain performance, data-driven forecasts, and strategic risk assessments through dashboards and scenario analysis detailing global supply chain risks, tariff exposure, and margin optimization strategies.

Team Development & Mentorship
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and data-driven innovation within the organization.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of supply chain analysts, data engineers, and BI specialists.

  • Cultivate a culture of proactive, data-driven decision-making across global supply chain teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or MBA an asset.

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or data intelligence, with at least 2-3 years in a direct managerial/leadership role.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Hands-on experience with statistical programming languages (PL/SQLl,Python or R).

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) and cloud environments (Azure, Databricks) and electronics data tools (PLM systems, Silicon Expert, IHS).

  • Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions, including S&OP, inventory management, logistics optimization, and procurement data.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling ability with data, strong executive presence, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred Certifications
  • APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP)

  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or data-related certifications

  • Lean, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt an asset
