Location: Remote (USA)
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 / year
Description
BSC Analytics delivers an agentic AI platform for highly regulated industries, enabling organizations to deploy compliant infrastructure and transform data into advanced capabilities. As a Product Owner, you will drive the evolution of our platform by translating product vision into clear priorities for engineering teams-owning the backlog, defining requirements, and guiding the delivery of impactful AI capabilities. Working closely with architects and engineers, you will help bring secure, scalable, and innovative AI solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy and platform goals.
  • Translate product vision and complex requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and leadership to shape platform capabilities and technical direction.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning development priorities with business objectives and platform evolution.
  • Facilitate product planning activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Monitor progress toward product goals, adjusting priorities and scope as needed to maximize impact and delivery outcomes.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, working with engineering leadership to resolve issues and keep delivery on track.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve platform capabilities, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of BSC Analytics' AI platform, helpingidentify new capabilities, workflows, and automation opportunities.
  • Support and collaborate with engineering teams, fostering clarity around priorities and enabling effective execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and support for their professional growth.

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs
  • Experience building or supporting platform-based products
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technical products
  • Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or data-driven products
  • People management experience

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Consulting environment experience
  • Experience in highly regulated industries
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification

Benefits & Perks
  • Benefits of full-time remote work but with a close team environment. BSC was built from the beginning to be remote. That means we work extra hard to support a culture of engagement with regular opportunities for in-person interaction.
  • Flexible work schedule and time off
  • Home office support
  • 401k with up to 4% company match
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
