Job description

Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain, from clinical development to clinical care. For Life Sciences partners, we offer the leading at-home EEG platform for clinical development of novel therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders. Our Diagnostics business is building the most comprehensive at-home platform for precision diagnostics, combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals to deliver reimbursable assessments for sleep and central nervous system disorders. Together, we're changing the way patients are diagnosed and treated for any disorder that affects brain physiology.
What you will be doing:
Beacon is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for our life sciences and diagnostics portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, this is an individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of clinical insight, product strategy, and market execution. You will be driving how Beacon positions and communicates its solutions to decision-makers across the country.
This is a fully remote role; candidates based in the Boston, New York City, or San Francisco area are strongly preferred.
What success looks like:
  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy for life sciences and diagnostics products, including product launches, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop deep expertise in the diagnostics and life sciences buyer journey.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral including sales enablement materials, case studies, white papers, product one-pagers, and presentation decks tailored to clinical audiences.
  • Partner closely with the Clinical, Product, and Sales teams to translate complex scientific and technical capabilities into clear, accessible value propositions.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify new opportunities in the diagnostics and life sciences landscape.
  • Define and track key marketing metrics including pipeline influence, content engagement, win/loss rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, synthesizing feedback from the field, customer interviews, and advisory boards to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Support demand generation efforts by contributing to campaigns, webinars, conference presence, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinical advisors, and industry partners to amplify Beacon's credibility and reach in target markets.

What you will bring:
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for complex, technical products in regulated industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate scientific concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, clinical, and sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or a related field.
  • Existing relationships with KOLs, professional societies, or clinical networks in diagnostics or life sciences.
  • Experience working at a startup or early-stage company

The base salary range for this role is determined based on past experience, specific skills and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes equity, PTO and other benefits.
At Beacon, we've found that cultural and scientific impact is driven most by those that lead by example. As such, we're always seeking new contributors whose work demonstrates an avid curiosity, a bias towards simplicity, an eye for composability, a self-service mindset, and - most of all - a deep empathy towards colleagues, stakeholders, users, and patients. We believe a diverse team builds more robust systems and achieves higher impact.
