  • Clean Driving Record Required
  • Active TX Guard Card Required (DPS)
  • $23.00- $25.00 DOE

As a Security Officer with American Security Force, you will serve and safeguard clients while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting. This role includes greeting and directing visitors, performing regular foot patrols, and ensuring the security and safety of client sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain regular foot patrols according to prescribed schedules
  • Monitor premises and respond to any unusual sounds, odors, or suspicious activity
  • Lock/unlock gates and doors as needed
  • Respond to problem situations and escalate as appropriate
  • Maintain thorough documentation including Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
  • Communicate with clients, supervisors, vendors, contractors, and the public professionally
  • Travel between assigned locations throughout the shift as needed
  • Ensure consistent service excellence and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent, OR 5 years of verifiable experience
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Must possess an active Texas Guard Card
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shifts
  • Must available to work on the weekends and OT if needed
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
