• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards and compliance regulations, ensuring accurate patient records.
• Engage family members in therapy processes as necessary, employing strategies that involve significant others in the healing and support mechanisms.

• Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers to connect clients with supplementary services, ensuring comprehensive care beyond therapy.

This role involves working with a diverse array of clients who may face various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship distress and family conflict. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A valid LMFT license to practice in the State of Vermont, signifying your qualifications to deliver therapeutic services.
• Strong knowledge of the ethical standards and scope of practice specific to LMFTs, underscoring your commitment to responsible and ethical care.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships.

• At least 2 years of documented experience in a clinical setting, working effectively with individuals, couples, and families.
• Proven ability to utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic approaches.
• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is a plus.

We offer a comprehensive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
