Position Summary

We are seeking a Scrum Master / PM Support professional to support a federal agency modernization effort in the Washington, DC area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, helping Agile teams stay on track, and supporting reporting, coordination, and risk management in a mission-focused federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Agile Scrum teams with sprint planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help keep delivery moving smoothly.
  • Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support project reporting, status updates, and meeting documentation.
  • Assist with schedule coordination and team follow-up.
  • Help maintain visibility into deliverables, milestones, and priorities.
  • Support communication between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, well-organized project environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Five plus (5+) years of professional frontend or DevOps development experience,
  • Experience supporting Agile Scrum teams.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Experience with sprint support, reporting, and risk tracking.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must have and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum certification preferred.
  • Federal experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting application modernization efforts preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Work Environment & Schedule
