• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing scientifically validated approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous client records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and fidelity in all documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay current on best practices, emerging research, and advancements in mental health.

• The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 60,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
